2010 - 2011 “Daughters of Zion” class while in prison. Released in 2011, started transition house in Sugar Hill, GA
2012 - 2013 Chebar Ministries incorporated. Established as a 501c3 non-profit 2012
2014 - 2015 dba LifeChangers Legacy. Chebar Ministries-Uganda International-40 prisons
2016 - 2017 Married Os Hillman. First public fundraiser. Program into all Georgia women’s prisons
2018 - Completed phase 1-3 workbooks and where translated into other languages-Uganda prisons. Expand to other states.
2019 - Lindell Recovery Network partnership. The “I See ME Free” programs expansion into IL, TX, NC, TN, AL, CO, MD, WI
2020 - Internationally in Canada, Jamaica, Panama, Australia, the UK, Uganda & Kenya. Three hundred sixty students are participating, with 218 awaiting a mentor to join. LCL sends cards monthly to 560 inmates. LCL held a virtual evening with Mike Lindell fundraising event in November 2020. LCL participated in the Gwinnett County Covid-19 Grant.
2021 - Asked to start the program in the Georgia men’s prisons-6 currently. Granted the “Governor Nathan Deal's Second Chance Act Award”. Gwinnett County Covid Grant Round 1 and Round 3 awarded. Opened the “YouNiquely You” Upscale Resale Thrift Store in Cumming Ga. Purchased Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber.
2022 - "I See ME Free" mentorship program continued to thrive and grow in prisons. Continued International outreach in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Held Change Agent Workshop with Os Hillman and All the Glory to Him webinar with Rick Araujo. I closed the "YouNiquely You" Thrift Store in the summer of 2022. Pamela Hillman received a master's degree in Christian education. I celebrated the 10th Ministry Anniversary at Celebration Gala in December.
2023 - Pamela Hillman received a doctorate of divinity, majoring in pastoral counseling. Completed phase 4 workbook. Pamela Hillman was elected Vice President of GGRA, Greater Gwinnett Reentry Alliance. "I See ME Free" in person classes start in 3 prisons in June.
